RGV also alleged that Sreenivas Rao was assisted by TV 5 channel anchor Samba, claiming that they both collaborated to encourage the contract killing of him on three separate occasions. Naidu in response to these developments. ALSO READ: When Ram Gopal Varma Was Termed ‘Disgusting’ For Kissing And Licking Ashu Reddy's Feet- WATCH THROWBACK VIDEO

The filmmaker made serious allegations, claiming that representatives of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and its leader, N. Chandrababu Naidu, were openly endorsing on supportive TV channels the offering of monetary contracts for harming individuals. He expressed concern that if the party and its leader failed to publicly condemn and dismiss these actions, it might signify an official endorsement of contract killings as part of TDP's policy.

Sreenivasa Rao, a leader associated with the Amaravati Joint Action Committee (JAC), offered a reward while criticizing the Satya director for his upcoming movie "Vyooham," reportedly supporting Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. Prior to this, the 61-year-old had criticized Chandrababu Naidu, TDP MLC Nara Lokesh, and Jana Sena Party president, actor Pawan Kalyan, following a protest outside his office in Hyderabad.

Incidents escalated further when a group of protesters burned an effigy outside Varma's office in Hyderabad on Monday.
